Worked on inclusive finance research and partnerships across digital identity, geospatial data, blockchain payment validation, and financial inclusion systems. A useful first education in how technology meets real institutions, incentives, and messy adoption.

Managed and supported technology-led investments across fintech, financial inclusion, agri-tech, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure. Spent a lot of time asking whether product quality, data use, operating models, and responsible technology actually held together.

Advise founders and senior teams across fintech, payments, deep tech, and biosciences. The work often starts as a broad commercial problem, then becomes product priorities, prototype scopes, AI workflow ideas, roadmaps, and decision material people can actually use.

Building closer to the product layer: Flow, a React Native mental-fitness MVP tested with around 30 beta users; MARC, a multi-agent coaching prototype; and personal Codex skills for job search, writing, and repeatable AI-assisted workflows.
